Artist Statement​

Studio 4 – 26 

Laura is a multi-media artist who focuses on the creative process of curating, cutting, piecing, and eventually creating a common ground. In her works, she seeks to create and find previously unknown relationships between spaces, colors and selected materials. With preferences for stained-glass, drawing, acrylics, collage paper, vintage wallpaper, inks, beads and quilting fabrics, she gravitates towards organic forms, texture, layers and bold colors.  Laura holds a Bachelor of Fine Art from The New England School of Art & Design at Suffolk University in Boston, and an MBA from The University of Maryland, College Park.  She resides in Holliston.
